SAATHI operates from one regional office in Nepal.

SAATHI’s head office is based in Lalitpur, where additional support programmes are coordinated within the capital, including four rehabilitation centre for children and one for women, a drop-in centre for street children, skill training programmes for women and media, social awareness and sensitization programmes.

Regional Office Banke
SAATHI Banke, was established in 1996 as an expansion of SAATHI’s work in Western Nepal. The Banke branch in mid western Nepal also works in the field of Violence Against Women and Children and at the same time is involved in community development, income generation and victim support programs. It conducts community mobilization, skill training, counseling and Training of Trainers.
It also provides seed money for the victims of domestic violence to help them establish small businesses. SAATHI Banke has a small showroom selling products made by the women and a tailoring and marketing center that employs victims.
SAATHI Banke has recently opened a 18-bed shelter to cater to the needs of abused women. However, due to the Maoist insurgency, women and children displaced by the conflict have approached SAATHI Banke to provide them with shelter and other necessary support. SAATHI is seeking additional funds to run a special program for women and children in conflict situations.
