y active in providing services and a voice to those most vulnerable in Nepali society.
Because of our growing reputation for providing well-run and effective programs, the demand from the community for our services is growing rapidly. Skilled volunteers are needed to help us cope with the pressure this growth has placed on our limited staff and resources.
By volunteering you will help us to expand our services to the community and improve the lives of vulnerable women and children in Nepal. You will also have the opportunity to experience the culture and beauty of Nepal first hand – an experience you will never forget.
Friends of Saathi
Friends of SAATHI are volunteers, based in their own country, who help coordinate SAATHI’s fundraising overseas.
Your role is to help by acting as a local coordinator for other SAATHI supporters in your country. This may involve giving information about programmes or helping to distribute SAATHI’s publicity materials.
As a communication link between the organization and their supporters/volunteers in your country, you will be also be a local friendly contact point for others who are interested in getting involved.You will be closely supported by SAATHI staff from Kathmandu.
Becoming a Friend of SAATHI is a great way to support the organization from your home country.
