November 23, 2022 – Saathi conducted a workshop to finalize its organizational development plan for coming four years. The workshop participated by advisors, board members, and staff jotted down the action points for organizational development and prioritized them considering immediacy, feasibility and sensitivity. The event also frames the timeline of the action points.
The event was the part of Organizational Capacity Development (OCD) initiative of Sida – Civil Society organization’s strengthening program being implemented under the auspices of Save the Children International.
