Kathmandu, 29 May 2026 – Saathi Children Program successfully organized its Annual Day Celebration, bringing together children, residential staff, and program team members to recognize and celebrate the achievements, efforts, and positive growth of the children throughout the academic year.
A special award ceremony was conducted to honor children who demonstrated outstanding academic performance. Prizes were distributed to children who secured the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions in their final examinations across different grades. In addition, special recognition was given to children who achieved an A+ grade in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE), acknowledging their hard work, dedication, and commitment to education.
To encourage positive behavior, responsibility, and personal development, four children from each safer home were also recognized in the categories of Best Child Overall, Most Hygienic Child, Most Helpful Child, and Most Disciplined Child. These awards aimed to motivate children to develop positive habits, leadership qualities, and a sense of responsibility toward themselves and others.
The event was filled with joy, excitement, and appreciation as children celebrated one another’s achievements. It served not only as a platform to recognize academic excellence but also to value good character, discipline, cooperation, and personal growth. The celebration significantly boosted children’s confidence and motivation, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence in their education and daily lives.
