August 21, 2023 – Saathi has garnered appreciation from various colleges in Kathmandu for its exceptional contributions. The management team and international volunteers of Saathi were honored during the event, highlighting their significant efforts.
Currently, Saathi hosts five French volunteers, as a part of a cultural exchange initiative. These volunteers are pursuing their medical studies at Sorbonne University in Paris, and their engagement with Saathi demonstrates a strong commitment to both cultural exchange and community service. Among the participating colleges, Nagarjuna College of Information Technology located in Shankamul, along with the Asian Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) in Khumaltar, organized welcoming programs for the Saathi team. These programs served as a platform to acquaint the Saathi team with the colleges’ ongoing academic endeavors, providing insights into the educational initiatives being implemented.
The recognition and support received from these esteemed colleges underline Saathi’s impactful presence and the valuable work it carries out. This event not only honored Saathi’s management and international volunteers but also emphasized the importance of collaboration between organizations and educational institutions in fostering positive change within the community.
