August 24, 2023 – Saathi conducted organizational capacity development review workshop to assess the progress and make strategies for further effort. Advisors, Board Members, and Key Staff participated in the event. The program was designed with the primary objective of initiating dialogue on drafting Saathi’s organizational theory of change and guiding theoretical framework that underpins the institutions endeavors in advancing the rights of women and children. The discussion explored prospective approach, assumptions of the organization to be included in the theory of change. This discussion not only deepened participants’ understanding of Saathi’s mission but also contributed to strengthening organizational alignment and strategic clarity, further equipping Saathi for effective and impactful initiatives in the future.
