Kathmandu, September 4, 2025 — Saathi convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at the Saathi Office, bringing together board members, advisors, and staff to reflect on the past year and set priorities for the year ahead.

Advisor Ms. Bandana Rana addressed the gathering with updates on the Kapilvastu Shelter, highlighting its progress and emphasizing the importance of sustained, survivor-centered services in the region. She commended local coordination efforts and encouraged continued investment in safety, psychosocial support, and reintegration pathways.

Saathi President Ms. Sajani Amatya extended heartfelt thanks to Ms. Suvekchya Rana, Executive Director, for her tireless leadership throughout the year. She also expressed deep appreciation to Saathi’s staff for their unwavering commitment and dedication to advancing gender equality and supporting survivors of violence across Nepal.
