Lalitpur, March 9, 2026, Saathi celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 with 35 female staff members, focusing on women’s rights, empowerment, and workplace well-being.
The program included an orientation session on women’s rights, empowerment, and the organization’s complaint mechanism, helping staff understand their rights and avenues for a safe workplace. Participants also discussed the global and national themes of International Women’s Day and shared experiences on gender equality and dignity.
Interactive team-building activities created a joyful environment, strengthening collaboration among staff, while a relaxation session guided participants on stress management, self-care, and work-life balance.
