November 15, 2022 – Saathi conducted a 2-day workshop on organizational capacity assessment and organizational capacity development on 14-15 November. The workshop took part by the Saathi board and staff discussed the strength of the organization and outlined the areas of improvement.
A task force for finalizing the organization action plan has been formed. The task force will work on the organizational development plan and prioritize the action points along the 5-year timeline.
The workshop was a part of organizational capacity assessment and organizational capacity development related to SIDA CSO strengthening program. Organizational development experts from Save the Children Nepal facilitated the proceeding of the event.
